Can you still finance my property if I didn’t purchase through CRS?
Using CRS to purchase or manage your property is not a requirement of using AMSI to finance your property. They are additional services that we provide if you choose to make your investing easier.

What if I have had a credit issue in the past?
At AMSI we have a wide variety of programs and lenders available to us to help you find the right loan for your situation. We have many programs for borrowers with past credit issues. For all of our clients we also provide free education on how to help improve & keep your credit scores as high as possible.

Can you help me if I have had a foreclosure or bankruptcy?
We have programs that allow for a past foreclosure or bankruptcy. Please contact one of our representatives for specific information.

I don’t have any money for down payment. Can I still buy a house?
Yes, you can! We still have access to some great zero down programs. Now is a great time to get into a new home; let us show you how you can do this.
